deli plain this time aroused by Francis Picabia's classic avantgarde piece La Nourrice Americaine, a piano piece first performed at a Dada soiree in 1920 and consisting of only three infinitely repeated notes. More radical than the "Vexations" of Picabia's close friend Erik Satie, it predates La Monte Young and Terry Riley by forty years! deli plain interpreted the piece anew in 2008 using a sine wave of alternatingly 69.30 / 87.31 / 77.78 / 0 Hz at 60 bpm. 56 minutes of electronic sweet vexation.

Lieutenant Murnau was a ghost musical group active 1980 until 1984. 'Meet Lt. Murnau' was a tape where they abused and mixed Beatles and Residents records. Also soundtracks of F.W. Murnau's films and music provided by other groups were used. Lt. Murnau played with identity and imagery. They encouraged others to make Lt. Murnau music and become Lt. Murnau too. This tape is still amazing and brings to mind John Oswald's plunderphonics. Now generously made available again by kind permission of Lt. Murnau.
